A significant portion of our meats and sides is freshly prepared for a short time over the radiant heat of charcoal embers, achieving a texture and flavor that’s easy to identify with the best bites during family and friends’ grilling gatherings. Our high-quality ingredients’ interaction with ember guarentees a special experience. We’ve long believed that smoke is a spice which, when used skillfully, evokes pleasant memories in everyone and effortlessly makes the simplest, yet honest, bites irresistable.

We’ve been cherishing a dream for a long time about creating a Tex-Mex concept. Don’t expect an authentic Tex-Mex restaurant. This is a grill-based place where we combine old favorites and different techniques that are hard to use in a restaurant setting, while the seasoning and classic ingredients strongly evoke this trendy and colorful culinary style. We strive to repay the trust placed in us by encouraging everyone to try our dishes and find at least as much joy in them as we do in preparing them.
